Uptown vs. And. Of Columbia Heights
I thought I'd share a story a friend told me:
I used to work out by the AMP near Uptown (where Yoyo worked), and went there about once every 10-14 days. I went there for a couple of years, and always enjoyed it, and never left unhappy. The only problem seemed to be the therapist there would range wildly in terms of age and appearance, and it got worse over time. I'm a pretty equal opportunity massage-getter, so it doesn't really bother me too much. That said, if I had to choose, I'd usually go for one that is younger and prettier! LOL. Since moving jobs, I now find myself rarely near Uptown, and have started frequenting a place off North of Columbia Heights. I like this place. And I've been there enough that I usually get the same therapist who is more than happy to give me a couple of pops for a slightly above average tip. They have recently got someone new, and she has the nicest pair of breast I've seen in awhile anywhere. Not just in an AMP.

2 Felony Massage case updates.
(I am following about 20 felony massage, escort etc cases in Superior Court but am about 2 months behind updating and only spend a few hours a week on the Courts filing system.).
Shangri-Li Massage.
Trial continued from 2015 arrests as some take more plea deals to avoid potential prison. Appears only 2 cases still in progress but both recently took pleas.
H. D. Took felony plea and on 3/6/2017 sentenced to 1 year probation.
On 7/15/2015 a detective paid $40 for a massage and she offered manual sex for $40.
Pled to securing proceeds of an offense a class 6 felony and other more serious charges dismissed.
Presentence report: Lives with husband of 12 years in Nevada with daughter and son-in-law for the last 5 years. "believes conviction is fair and wants to improve life. " No priors, no drug or alcohol use, no childhood trauma. Lost massage license in both AZ and NV due to this charge and no means of support other than husband. Allowed to apply for Interstate Compact transfer to serve probation in NV. A low risk to re-offend.
2nd H. D. (same initials different women).
2/27/2017 Pled to 2 counts of facilitation to commit money laundering a class 6 felony and other more serious charges dismissed. Sentencing scheduled for 5/1/2017. Presentence report pending.
Devi Fe Mind and Body Massage case update.
As of 3/17/2017 8 arrested and 3 still with arrest warrants outstanding and not yet found.
Most have four felony counts related to criminal enterprise as usual. One newly arrested is in Federal custody in Colorado and a new bench warrant has been issued.
State disclosed a large list of witnesses, bank records etc.
Bails ranged from $50 to $5400 some show not paid so some may still in jail awaiting trial. Bail difference may be by luck of who the bail judge is or good attorneys?
Case young since arrests made in September 2016.
Next status hearing 3/27/17.
