Low Test and Vitamin D deficient
I feel like this is sometimes a support group so let me start off right with my update.
Hi, my name is Billy, and I have trouble with erections.
(Now you say, "Hi Billy")
Sorry a little humor before I get serious.
Recently had some blood work done as it's been difficult to get and maintain my erection.
My Vitamin D came back extremely low. 6. 3 - normal is above 30.
Testosterone levels also came back low. 199 - normal is above 270.
I'm now doing TRT gel applications daily and taking 50 K UI of Vitamin D weekly to start.
Both explain why little Bill has been having trouble crawling out of his his home when it is time to go to work. Also explains years of fatigue, mood swings, etc. I have a long journey ahead of me to get back to normal, thankfully I also have Vitamin V to allow some fun in the meantime.
Take care everyone.
Billy.
Take the Vitamin D to give her the D.

Billy.[/QUOTE]Yes take the D to give her the D. vitamin D has many benefits. Personally I've been taking vitamin D along with arginine nitrate or more commonly known as NO3 or Nitrix Oxide which can be purchased at local Vitamin Shops. This is a very natural way to amplify the pump both in the gym and the bedroom. Note if you are taking a PDE-5 inhibitor for ED, than you should not take supplements with arginine nitrates. That's what it claims on the bottles. The NO3 and vitamin D both come in capsule, powder or pharmaceutical grades. The pharmaceutical grades are for hospital use only via IV. Side effects of NO3 for me are the same as Rx vitamin V, C and L. Ive tested all the PDE5 myself and would say the side effects of stuffy head, runny nose and Rock Hard Ererectuons via natural vitamin supplement from NO3 and vitamin D are similar to the V, C and L. Im NOT saying one is better than the other. Just saying that there are natural ways though herbs and vitamins that can achieve the same results. Good to test out both methods.
Prostate Cancer Survivors?
Any PC survivors still active? I was diagnosed over a year ago and will be starting treatment soon. I decided to keep it and go with radiation.
On the plus side I just got a 90 day supply of generic V. So I got that going for me, which is nice.

It caught my attention because a close friend of mine (mid-50's) had prostate cancer last year. Initially detected via a PSA test followed by a biopsy. Luckily, the cancer was caught at an early stage. He said the urologist implanted "seeds" in his prostate, followed by a few bouts of radiation therapy, He is ok now and cancer free. Lucky dude.
I'm puzzled as to why you haven't started treatment until one year after your diagnosis. Which stage are you at? Did the radiation therapy work? Hope you are ok now.
As for myself, my prostate is a bit enlarged but ok for now. Last year, I had a cancerous tumor removed from my urinary bladder. My initial symptom was peeing blood, which sent me running to the doctor. Scared the crap out of me when I first saw the blood. I had another urine test yesterday, and it still showed red blood cells in my urine. Going to see my urologist again next week. All this has made me stop mongering for awhile as I don't have the stomach for it right now.
