If there is a private or semi-private room, then I have found all levels of service are available. You just have to be quiet and work the situation and might take one or two times seeing the same women. I have found more often than not, most of the Chinese women in these shops can't speak english so it requires a Master's skill to sign-language your way through. But at those prices it's worth the extra effort and you end up getting a massage on the cheap. And tipping them makes them extremely happy. They are legit, started in LA first and then spread to Vegas only more recently in 2011-present. They have some really decent ones in LA that give really good massages and the best ones are packed with 30 people in them at one time since it seems their goal is to max profit given small amount of space and low cost massages.
