There is no padlock icon in the address bar which means it isn't using HTTPS: You are fine as long as you aren't putting in information that someone can steal and benefit from like a credit card number. If you are doing any financial transactions you want to see HTTPS: in the address bar. I wouldn't worry too much about it here.
