This is what I do on Seeking nowadays; and I think it could be used with escorts.

Ask them to send a short (a few seconds) video mentioning the date, or your name. (Something that has to be them, that they can't grab off the Internet.).

Or, if you don't mind showing your own face, ask them to FaceTime.

You can also mention in advance that if they're using fake pics, you'll cancel on the spot.

When someone brazenly uses a fake pic, I walk away (if incall) or send them packing (outcall). I'm polite about it, but I always cancel.

The only exception would be a case in which the pic isn't real, but the provider is just as attractive. (I remember a post saying that this was the case for Holly Winston.).
