I carefully sift through the profiles, like you, only responding to those with video verification and also to those with fairly complete bios. I never offer a one-word or flip message. Still, even among those who supposedly sent a message, about three-quarters never respond. Those that do send generic messages, the kind you'd expect from a chat it.

Of the 50 or so I've tried to contact, I had four responses that appeared legit. One was a "meh" looker who wanted $500 just for a meet-and-greet. One said absolutely no meetings, no phone calls, no live video, only selling content. One only wanted an online SD. About $500 per month for emails and text messages (sweet Jesus, how desperate are some guys? The last one seemed legit. We messaged quite a bit, agreed on terms and arranged our first meeting.
