It's definitely a problem, yeah, but it's also a buzzword right now and gets lots of attention (and, thus, funding / support). I have a strong suspicion they're taking out regular providers who may or may not have managers and calling it trafficking. Just my 2 cents.

It is very hard to refute without video evidence to the contrary.

Check his videos on Youtube. He might have uploaded the video that he recorded from you and now you are all over the place with your face on vehicle in the video. I believe you can report the video for recording YOU without permission.
