I don't see the 3 of us stating "pay over $40 for a HJ" we said $40 is standard. As I see it, $40 is not over paying.
If you want older providers in Connecticut, keep tipping less and have issues like at Silver. Up to you.
It's Silver and a waste of my time to discuss.

Good luck.[/QUOTE]The providers in CT are definitely on the old side vs other states where you can easily find girls in their 20's and 30's. Also, part of the total fee includes a tip for the massage so when I leave $40 I look at it as $15 for the massage and $25 for the HJ. Everybody can make their own determination of value but I never leave less than $40.

My inbox was flooded with requests for identification of the spa and provider I described yesterday. I'd rather not reveal, because (1) she swore me to silence and (2) she swore me to silence.
However, I will state that I have developed relationships with many providers at many spas that lead to services far beyond are & T. In fact, my first nuru TS was at least 5 years ago at Silver Lane with a delightful little spinner whom I had patronized for quite a while. Things got better with every visit, and she was getting as much pleasure as I was. One day in the TS she just smiled, stripped and soaped up.
It takes a little time, good communication and genero $ity. Find one you like, become a customer she looks forward to, then offer up a wish list and indicate what you'd be willing to pay.

Also strange that all of the $20 tippers haven't piped up saying we were paying too much until now.

Remember, this is all the money the worker gets. The house fee goes to management. She does all the work.
And this leaves out the question of whether you want a mechanical session or a playful session.

I leave 10 for a poor massage w / o a tug, 15-20 if the massage was fantastic w / o a tug, and 40 with a tug always, more for UTC roaming.
I do know for a fact that generally speaking, these hard working women get (roughly) 25 for each hour of massage from the house fee. If they have a state license, they'll get typically 5 more per hour. I'm speaking about an are & T, not the FS establishments. Maybe that's what Mike is referring to when he mentions that the tips are all the money the worker gets?

I always thought $40 was the standard. Maybe guys are paying $20 because they are getting 30 min massages and not an hour? Anyway, I agree if you want to give $20 go right ahead. Its a free country but it probably does make me look better so that's good for me. Also, I just think of it this way. These girls have a tough job. Its not easy to pretend you like every guy who comes in. I have met some of the sweetest ladies in this business. They are true sweethearts. They are just trying to make a living. I say tip them fairly which is $40 but that's just my opinion.
Quick story. I have a jacket I keep change in. One time while dressing before leaving I bent over and the change ran out all over the floor. It was a lot of change but probably less than $10 in total. My initial reaction was to pick it all up so I bent down. The girl was helping me pick it up. As she was picking it up she was handing it to me and I was like you know what you keep it. I felt kinda ridiculous rummaging on the floor for quarters while she was proactively helping me. She was so appreciative that it almost broke my heart. It was only stupid change I had in a pocket that I was probably never going to use anyway. She was like "Thank you thank you!
Anyway my point is these girls don't make much and we have so much. Why not give a little. These girls give such pleasure. Now I'm not sure how much some of you are paying for all these extra perks like getting nuru massages. I'm not sure I can afford doing that all the time, but I say lets tip fairly and to me $40 is fair.
$20 tip for a tug is being cheap, and no doubt limits your menu. But feel free to keep it up, as it makes us bigger tippers more welcome.
