I can't speak to Lollibee being closed down, but there seemed to be an explosion of new places in the past 6 months or more that it wouldn't surprise me. I haven't seen the open sign turned on at Labella's for two to three weeks now. At least not in the early afternoons as I drive by. Q Spa in that strip mall on 72nd, near Portland Ave seems closed also. Same as Labella's: Some lights are on, but not the open sign. Just seems like there're too many shops for too little business. Especially since the All Star girls at Pinee and M&M, and now Encore are cornering the market.
