So she texted last night and now throughout the day she's been hitting me with how she can't make it back to Dayton. I kept offering suggestions on what to try but none of it was helpful to her. In this particular instance her story seemed credible enough and the amount was small enough for me to accept the risk vs the reward. I'm obviously leaning toward fake in this situation but I think a small measure of hope is okay.
