If you have contacts in the bay area, or other cities, you can use those references to open doors with some of the LA bookers. Best way to start, is text a booker with multiple girls available. State up front that you can provide references in SF and elsewhere. Once you start the dialogue, you can ask which girls are available at a given time slot. The booker will probably redirect you to one of the "less popular" providers, or maybe a less busy appointment time, but that is how you get your foot in the door. That first step is critical.
