This is just my. 02 worth regarding extras at AMPs and I may be way off base. I don't go to AMPs all that often, preferring SPs instead. However, when I've gone, I've found success with extras comes with taking the first step. Don't wait for the masseuse to make the first move. There are always hints you can give regarding movement, and if that doesn't work just say what you're looking for. I've found that to work extremely well almost every time at AMPs in the area, including full bottoms off. Being well groomed, clean, in decent shape, etc. Probably also helps.
