Of course I don't know about this place but I'll brashly speculate that there is no chance at all that a splooge extraction store would locate in a major suburban mall with giant national family retailers. Certainly no HE operation will be distributing flyers in such an environment or really anywhere but maybe an adult bookstore unless they want to try using reverse psychology on LE which could well think that if they're leafleting they must clearly be legit.

That general area patrolled by LAPD "Foothill Division" and adjacent cities with their own LE such as San Fernando have kept the brick and mortar above ground HE operations away with great success. Can't remember the last time a place in Sylmar, San Fernando or even downtrodden Pacoima had MPs for monger consumers, at least that survived more than a few days or weeks. Its been months or more probably years since I've even seen a BP ad for anything that could be worth checking out in that area. You'd think they would with large immigrant populations but you would likely do much better finding what you're looking for in Santa Clarita or even secluded White Bread Prophylactic suburbs like Simi Valley than in Sylmar or the local slice of Latin America known as San Fernando. I went there 2 weeks ago, I could barely get a RT out of the provider. Their ad also appears in the escort section as well, which is deceiving, if you ask me. That section should only mean FS.
