I would do early 9 or 10 am hrly appts and that street before 11 am is kinda empty and all kinds of parking on both sides since all the residences go to work.

I would always park on the opposite side where all those UCLA housing is and laugh at the dudes walking in with roses, balloons and bags with gifts. It was so damn obvious when they walk in.
