Just another point of view here. I do a lot of work in the shops so I hear a lot of things. While I'm sure you're annoyed with the conversation the first thing I would point out is the ads see to text not call, I know from eavesdropping how annoying that is for the person answering the phones half the time they don't speak any English if they do it's usually poor and they often use translation apps so getting detailed information over the phone is probably frustrating for all parties. The other thing I'd like to point out is there is always a person that answers the phones in text messages for number of girls I'm always shocked it how hard these girls have to work to get guys off the phone kind of strange to me but what do I know?
