I've seen reviews where some girls treat those numbers as a la carte, meaning if you want massage, a BJ and sex you are in for $500. I'm not sure I would pay any of the girls I saw there $500 for an hour given that alternative options in the city have generally better looking girls with guaranteed GFE at that price. But a couple of girls would be worth $400 for everything, especially if you have enough chemistry to create a GFE session.

You can have two people come to the same place. One guy spends $500 and gets a 40 minute mediocre massage, a five minute CBJ, and 10 minute pick-one-position cfs. Another guy can spend $400 and get an full hour of the PSE experience of his dreams in the next room. Even popular girls like Jenny seems to vary what she will and won't offer going by the reviews here.

So far from what I've read and the girls I've seen at CLM:
1)$200 for massage / HJ.
2) $200 for massage / CBJ.
3) $300 for massage / CBJ or BBBJ (YMMV on the BBBJ).
4) $300 for massage / cfs (no BJ).
5) $400 for massage / cfs and CBJ or BBBJ (YMMV on the BBBJ).
6) $400 for massage/cfs ($100 extra for bj)
7) $500 for massage / cfs and CBJ or BBBJ (YMMV on the BBBJ).
On top of that, things like DFK, DATY, etc. All are at the whim of the girl. Some do it it sometimes, some do it never.
