I am sorry that it did not go well for the OP, but I recently saw Cocoa thanks to one of our fellow senior monger. Lot of texting, but very responsive. From the agreed time I waited for less than 5 minutes in the parking lot. On my request, she did come down to let me in thru the side door. The pics are being harvested from an Instagram account of a makeup artist in Baltimore.

I have yet to see a review of who actually appears or how the service goes, but you can bet it won't be her.
