It's could have been way worse.

One thing that I find incredibly odd is that a guy who rolls around with a gun lives with and addict and he draws the line at her turning tricks in the house? I don't think there is a roommate, if there is, he's in on the scam. Or he's actually a boyfriend. There's a lot of scenarios but the gun toting roommate story doesn't add up. A law abiding gun owner with a concealed carry permit would distance themselves from a junkie, and they sure as hell wouldn't rush home and point a gun at and threaten someone who their roommate invited into the house. A thug or a dope boy who carries a firearm wouldn't care about the roommate turning tricks. May not matter to some but I don't think there's an actual threat of getting shot here, her story sounds made up. Something she says to get someone to quickly leave after she's just stole from them.

There's enough for me to avoid her altogether without the threat of a gun, but if you're on the fence, I bet you can hammer out a QV and be on your way if you follow standard precautionary procedures. I don't think the gun exists. Doesn't make sense to me.
