This is the second Kelly to whom a red flag should be attached, but this one due to an acute issue, but equally deserving of attention.

Also, in CB on Fairhaven near Patasco, probably the neighbors or that restaurant on the corner called LE and complained. Once a few years ago I saw a sting at the Aldi's on Washington Blvd near Patapsco. The two ULE decoys were standing in front of Aldi's, while their backup, a Hispanic male, stood across Washington Blvd at the bus stop. They would direct the guys into Aldi's parking lot, then an unmarked "knocker" looking car would come down Washington Blvd from the Morrell Park direction and grab the unlucky monger. One LEO would drive the monger's car away, while the other LEO took the guy in the unmarked car. In the 15 minutes I was inside shopping, they grabbed four or five guys. If you follow the basic rules of mongering, or just trust your instincts like Horsetrader did, you can avoid these situations.

She showed me that she can be trusted, at least that time.
