It would be naive to think any SB you have an arrangement with is single or doesn't at least hook up with someone else. But, if you can't get past that thought and her actions don't sit well with you, then I'd say break it off, as you'll only end up with more resentment once you see her again (again, going by your own comments of it not sitting right with you. If it doesn't sit right with you now, it probably won't sit right with you when you see her either).

1. Be careful. There's a chance that her fiance knows and is totally cool with it. Some people are not looking for sexual monogamy in marriage- he might have the right to play, too. But it's also possible she's not being honest with him- which means it's likely she's not being honest with you.
If she tries to hit you up for more money with a sob story, just be aware she might be playing you. Keep your guard up.
2. There's a worst-case scenario in where he finds out, gets mad, and decides to confront her SD or SDs. Be honest with yourself- if that happens, can you protect yourself?
