Be interested in hearing your trip report. From what I've read in your report plus on the ISG site, I'd much rather go on to Tijuana myself. Much better selection and prices. For those mexicali prices You can just use BP here in town. I made 6 trips to Tijuana last year, never saw or had any problems at all.
