Contact tracing was done with no other ill effects, so its no longer an issue.

Club Business was empty at 6-7. Sushi bar looked tempting but got to cut the rice intake. On to Spotlite- fairly busy after the 2 day / night grand opening which was choke crazy busy. Full bar covered by 2 k gal bartender transfers from Lilac, several confirmed lady transfers from 904 & Lilac on the floor. No free food tonight. On to 904 - full bar with small crowd / booths & private room. Sean's hotdogs and cheeseburgers. Stay Safe.

The Honolulu Liquor Commission has issued 89 violation notices to licensed establishments since the beginning of this year for violating emergency orders governing business operations amid the coronavirus pandemic, according to the city.
One recent notice went to Chart House Waikiki, which was forced to close for 24 hours after Liquor Commission investigators discovered Wednesday that the restaurant in the Ilikai Marina tower wasn't collecting customer contact information as required.
City emergency orders pertaining to restaurants and bars require customers to sign in so they can be reached for potential COVID- 19 contact tracing efforts. Emergency order rules also regulate customer group sizes, spacing between customers, surface sanitizing, operating hours, staff screening and other things.
According to Liquor Commission meeting documents, scheduled adjudication hearings in July included cases of COVID-19 emergency order violations earlier this year involving Harbor Pub, Siam Paradise Restaurant and Sports Pub, Aqua Lounge, Halona Lounge, Platinum Lounge, Club Waterfall, Club Sundance, Blind Ox, Club Business, Hanks Cafe Honolulu, Club Bonita and Sky Lounge.
A tally of how many forced 24-hour closures stemmed from violations this year was not available Friday from the commission.

No peanuts just like Splash is having some birthday function tomorrow night Aug 11 with King Crab legs. I might go stop by, but just had some major dental work today that calls for some pain relief that only an AMP can provide.
Checked out the 5 plex for the first time yesterday, was late afternoon about 4 pm but nothing to report, peeked inside each bar and saw nothing. Ended the night going to DnB's, Club Business, Tipsy Pig, Splash, and T. A. Station. Stopped by DnB's for cheap drinks, can't beat their half off specials. Had dinner at Business (good food), they had some customers and some hostesses. Splash looked like they had or were going to have a party, not sure for who. They had the slightly better selection of girls. The two local Asian bartenders at Tipsy Pig are pretty cute as well.
Tripped thru couple of Kalihi bars last night. Lilac: required to close down during the evening due to staff masking violations. Chicha! Green Tee: moderately busy but surprisingly seats available at the bar. Ladies looking good tonight. Mama reported that she turns over lease on 9/1 and will return in 1 year after are&are. Honu: was busy per staff lady report but didn't look so to me (maybe was earlier and I missed it). Vegas: emptied out. Back bar was open earlier. Beautiful k gal bartender with pretty eyes dressed in short black dress. Highlight for the evening. Stay Safe.
Tripped thru a few west side bars last night. Bonita: 10-12 customers at bar & in booths. Good number of lady's but all 40+ and much older. No lookers as far as I could see. Mood was chill and no bad karaoke to bother with. Leeward Bowl / Whiskey Bar: someone put out the "locals only" sign, LOL. Moderate crowd both sides. Petite bartender with great cleavage at bowl bar looked hot (dynamite does come in small packages). Heard that new TVs to be installed at whiskey bar in time for NFL Sunday's. Misty Blue: empty and no food but bartender Elisabeth? Looking HOT and was the highlight of the night. Stay Safe this week.
FYI Sr. Mama at 904 suddenly passed away over the weekend. Not sure if young Connie mama is listed on the lease which would make for a better transition. Reliable source says bar will remain closed probably until Wednesday. RIP.
