I also wouldn't recommend finding a BP for outcall, the risk is just to high right now and reading about drivers waiting outside, just don't feel comfortable. The quality just isn't their anymore. Also as other senior memebers mention. I'll highly recommend increasing your budget.
By the way, I have perform a outcall when on a business trips. But I venture to Eros site as quality is their and I'm trusted with several agency but we are talking $$ but it's defiantly worth it. I'll recommend looking into Eros and increasing your budget. Hopefully you don't get crazy addicted. Be safe!
