Convoy evenings this week have been totally swamped. I suppose everyone is off or wanting to take holiday visitors out to dinner. I drove around attempting to find parking and a nonFS place that didn't have a line of people waiting outside at nearby restaurants. Been meaning to try MBC for a long while but saw a monger go in right as I drove by. No thanks.

Instead I drove around the side streets looking for that eerie green and red glow of an open sign. Saw all sorts of spas never mentioned on here. Elf, which seems to be bad based on the amount of fake reviews on RM. Alin Wellness looked interesting but I drove by there too. Halfway down Dagget between Convoy and Mercury is a shop next to a taekwondo studio. I couldn't catch the name. It's either so great that no-one wants to share, or so bad that no-one wants to remember it enough to report. L'Amour is situated in a quiet looking strip mall. Keeping that in mind for next time. Level 2 always looks completely dead so I can't imagine it being decent. As if that wasn't enough, the old standby Golden A had its parking lot swamped. Maybe patrons to the brewery, or mongers to the spa. Since I was a walk-in I didn't take that chance.

As I drove down convoy I saw a sign by a car dealership and a familiar string of blinking lights and a massage sign up above. Unsure from the signage if it is shanghai or sunflower but I found a spot and made my way in. I had shanghai in my head as a place to check out so figured for once I'd go somewhere unknown and see what surprises were inside.

Big mistake.

The lady was nice, but it seemed like a one lady shop and she kept having to shoo away walk-ins. Can't really blame them as I was one. Really skinny and older. Kept her mask on. The massage was lackluster, and all the interruptions made it the opposite of relaxing. Yes, Golden A's parking lot was packed. Couldn't find parking for Sakura, Paradise, Oasis or MBC. I recommend you try MBC if you're never been. Yeah, the parking lot for Level 2 is always empty so that's a bad sign so I didn't bother checking it out. I thought about going to Pacific Heights but saw a post that they were busy when he went so I didn't want to drive up for a 30 minutes session.

I had to make a stop near Grossmont Center so I went to check out the old iMassage. They have a new ownership now and place is call Sea Massage. I wasn't feeling it with the lady who greeted me so I left.

Made an appointment with one of my favorite Latinas in Miramar area and decided to check out Relaxation Station. I wasn't feeling it with the person who greeted me and started to walk out and she said I should try another younger lady. Because I was early for my other appointment I gave in, only because I'm near there every month I at least wanted to give them a try. They definitely don't have anyone that looks like the ladies in the ad. The younger lady (Nina or something like that) I had a session with was probably in her 50's. The mainstay girls there are all fantastic masseuses and HE is guaranteed. Some allegedly have gotten more. I never did but it's one of the best surefire massage / HE combos out there. Parking sucks tho.

Went to get my car serviced at Toyota of El Cajon and saw this seedy massage place nearby next to Boot World. It has all the signs of a FS AMP with the surveillance cameras and black out curtains, 2 bright OPEN signs in the front and another 2 on the side. It has no name, just labeled as "Foot spa", pic attached. The funny part is the unit attached directly in the back is a barber shop so they can probably hear the noises coming out of there all day long LOL. I was super tempted to walk in but ultimately didn't. Was wondering if any of you have checked it out.

If you can't find parking for Paradise, call and let them know and they'll move the cones for you. Gold Ocean has one reserved spot in front and one in the back lot. Gold also has a back entrance; just ring the doorbell or give them a call.
