It is common knowledge that they do. I have heard of it many times. Mainly they keep info on who calls but does not show, men who don't pay or who regularly try to lowball.
They also save phone numbers with coded names like "Unclean" or "NoShow" etc.
Have no idea what the site is called and I would think that there is more than one.
