I went up to the south side of Dayton yesterday (living on the north side of Cinciinnati its the same a going NKY for me) to see Grace This lady is worth the drive. Up scale hotel, makes you feel right at home, great body and the service is some of the best I have had. Yes I will be going back and soon. Treat this one right she is a keeper. I have been away from this hobby for awhile because of another hobby, stock market investing.
Both hobby's require the need to look for value in the investments you chose.
I believe LadyShay is a true value investment.
With a little research here on the forum you can find great reviews with all the details you will need about her.
This was my first investment with her so I don't think I could write anything new about her that is not already here in other reviews.
She is easy to communicate with and accommodating. I got lost on the way there and was running late and she keep communication going and didn't cancel the date.
I will be visiting with her again to experience more fun times.

The room issue is no longer a problem as she has been moved to a newly refurbished room. Same shitty motel but nicer room with all new furnishings.

Screening isn't that bad if I'm being honest, I know some have said it's a hassle but I didn't get that and I don't blame providers for screening. Performance was, as others have said, enthusiastic and vibrant, she's cute, on the thick side but that's not a criticism, that was the appeal for me.
