Normally I've only been a lurker on these boards, but felt the need to create an account to make everyone aware of an issue I ran into tonight with Desiree in Mt. Laurel. I had seen mostly positive reviews on here and other boards for her so I figured it was a reasonably safe bet. As far as the QV / HH I never thought about it that way and we'll definitely use that advice in the future.
