What you just described could very well happen. Frankly, if they answer the phone, then they're open for business. If the provider has a life outside the business and uses her personal phone for business, she has no right to give you shit for calling her. After all, she could simply let the call go to voice mail. I don't know about you, but if I ever had a provider refer to me as a pervert it would be the last time she'd ever hear from me. Does anybody know what extended font (s) Backpage advertisers use?

All I see on my normal computer is the unicode missing glyph icon.

I've enabled allowing the page to define fonts, I've viewed "page source" to see if I could find font load commands, I've searched google (but all I find is a typeface called 'backpage' which appears to be unrelated to anything).

They show up on my phone, and thus I've learned that for some ads the pictograph they use actually changes the meanings of some phrases. But the default phone fonts (per android dev materials) do not contain those pictographs, so I have no idea.
