I think I heard of a couple of bad reports on Jordan a couple of years ago (I could definitely be remembering wrong), but that was one of the reasons why I never took the time to see her. And like we always say, YMMV. I've had great experiences with providers that had not-so-great reviews, and vice versa. Plus, like CK says, Jordan's been on the board and she knows that a few bad reviews can really hurt -- maybe she's more conscious of that and giving better service these days. Who knows?

Depends.
It's all supply and demand, darlin'. If there's sufficient demand for you in an area (for whatever reason: your service level, your menu, your reputation, your looks), you might be able to get away with charging your normal rate, even though it's higher than the market rate in the city you're visiting.

"Should a provider cut rates"? Ultimately you (assuming this isn't some hypothetical question you're throwing out here) and only you can make that decision.
