Here is a rundown of what I experienced over the last few weeks:
As a general rule, many of the girls working in the massage / spa's only work about 2-3 days a week. Seems like the girls working in massage / spa's that provide a good massage with possible HJ ending work multiple consecutive days at the same spa. Whereas, many of the girls that work at the spa's that provide really poor massages with probable FS ending, usually rotate locations. Although they work 2-3 days, they usually rotate those days between different spa locations.

So the big questions that I've been trying to answer are:
- How do I know which ones provide a great massage with possible HJ ending, and which ones provide poor quality massages with FS endings.
My limited experience here in LA has led me to the following conclusions:
-If the entry fee is .45 for a hour of massage, and if the girls are wearing pants, then it is a good bet that you will get a great massage with the possibilities of a HJ finish (if the girl feels comfortable with you).
-If the entry fee is .4-.5 for a half hour, and IF the girls are dressed in hot short dresses (or other sexy-type attire), then there is a high probability that you are probably in a spa that offers poor massages and FS endings.
Whenever I am looking for a FS ending, I will ask to meet the girl that will be providing my service (before I pay the entrance fee). If she isn't my type (no sexy dress, looks and general attitude), I politely tell them that I was hoping to see "the other girl, the one I saw last time". Of course, I hadn't been there before but they don't know that. If this one doesn't measure up, then I leave.
Most of the LA Veterans already known all that I just described, but my hope is that new guys (like me) might benefit from some of the above.

She was an older (maybe mid 40's) lady dressed in ordinary clothes (blue jeans), which didn't seem too promising. The rooms did not have doors, only curtains, another bad sign. I figured there would be no extras at all but during the massage she barely brushed up against the boys, so I started rubbing her legs a little and she didn't object. Eventually got a CBJ. Entrance $40, tip $60. Overall OK, but I won't repeat.

You may have to rent a car and go all the way to San Gabriel (see San Gabriel section of California forum).
Even if you took the rail to Hollywood, you still would have to walk like 2 miles to get anywhere.
Unfortunately, LA is not good for public transportation anywhere useful, and that goes for this case too.
