And clubs vary a lot. But typically they charge dancers quite a bit for the privelidge of working. I just took a dancer around the detroit area to a lot of the clubs and what I think of as "rent" but might be called tip out. Required payout, varied from a low about $20 to over $100. Often the earlier they show up the lower, higher on nights an weekends than days and weekdays. Tips to DJs for playing specific music, bouncers and door guys for escort to their car extra.

Cute girls at fancy clubs can make the sort of money discussed if business is good. It's extremely variable for most though. Most dancers have nights where they make almost nothing after paying the club. Like gambling it can be kinda addictive in the sense that they like to focus on the nights they made $800 easy money and not count the nights they payed the house, bought their own drinks and went home $20 poorer than they came in.

Also whether they are just dancing or are full SPs makes a big difference. It's easier to get a good paying regular for a good BJ than just a lapdance.

I've never workes at a stripclub but the payouts do vary. It can be a fee for each dance, for VIP, dj, bouncers, house mom, house fee, drink minimum. It's a mix of all those things varying by club and the cost of each also varies club.

I agree that some girls make lots of money and others don't. Profitable nights can vary even for girls that normally do well.

Not that I'm white knighting strippers but the owners are scumballs with all these fees. The strippers basically pay everyone's salary rather than the owners paying their own employees. Strippers make owner's money yet they are saddled with paying everyone as well.
