Now, in the past, the Oasis Spa was a non-erotic spa with nasty old mamasans giving massages to tourist from Down Town.

But this may be them seeking a change in clientele, or just a file photo ripped off. Not sure, But worth checking out!

I'm not sure just how the Oasis has stayed in business in that dreadful part of town so long without offering extras. I suspect there's more going on there than a massage business.

The Chinese are very resourceful when it comes to keeping things on the "down low" Could be a Human Trafficking office, or a smuggling operation for who knows what, or a safe house for people that don't want to be found.
