Luckily I haven't lost much flexibility as I've aged so getting to "hard to reach" areas just requires patience and persistence.

Personally, I go the "man-scape" route as requested by females I've been with before. They are all shaving now and thus, expect us to stay trimmed, too. While I personally think guys look a little gay (just my opinion, don't bomb me with letters!) when completely shaved smooth, I opt for the tightly cropped look.

When performing blowjobs, girls like a clean shot at it, just like you and I do with her 'gina! But a smooth surface is too much and I feel the need to shave constantly is a burden I'm not into. The "manly" thing I maintain is a closely crop and trimmed area around the whole unit and bag. I stand in the bathroom with an electric razor and go for it, VERY CAREFULLY AND SLOWLY. Can't rush this event. Scissors are okay but don't like the idea of sharp utensils down there. The electric razor I use is the kind barbers use when "edging" your hair near your sideburns and back of neck. I use mine with a plastic piece / cover that is sized for trimming the small short hairs.

No part of the appliance ever touches my skin.

I learned this technique when I used it to trim chest hair, which had gotten too long for even me. I'm hapa and so now I "manscape" about once a month and keep my bod neatly cropped and trimmed, without taking away from the masculine look of having hair over certain parts of my body.

The all shaved thing is a bit odd to me. I see it in porn movies, so okay, it ain't just gay guys, I get it. But when you're standing in the shower at the YMCA, I figure when I see a guy totally shaved head to toe and he could be described as "smooth" all over, well, uh, I wonder,"is he gay or a pornstar?"

I have had many girls compliment me on being "maintained". I have never had a girl request that I shave. So I figure, until I am actually asked to do that, I won't. Perhaps this is no big deal to Asian guys with little or no body hair. But us other mutts out there, this is a consideration.

Just my two cents.

I've trimmed above and shaved below since I was in my 20s. I like to be "neat" and prefer my women to be the same.

On another note, anyone notice that the 3 former miss HIs didn't make it in anyone's top 4 list? Also, what about former tv girls like Maria Quiban, Lee Cataluna and Stacy Loe? They were pretty hot in their day imo.

Waxing was great, smooth all over, even in the spots that razor can't touch.

I shave more often to save the cash instead of waxing. The wax last alot longer, is way smoother though. In my experiences, alot of the girls love a nice smooth area down there. Some wil even offer BLS just because you have manscaped that area. Its your preference, and a big selling point is that visually it looks cleaner and bigger. LOL

Stacy Loe never quite did it for me. I thought she just looked ok.
