The main reason for quick trips..
Completely agree that 15 minutes is NOT enough time to really have a good time but disagree on if its enough to review a provider. When I got into the game I did 30 minute sessions for the same reason Oz mentions. Here's the problem: Most providers are shit.
For those of us that are looking for regulars the 15 minute trip keeps you from losing $ on the shit providers to allow more $ for the keepers. Why would a dude spend $150 on 1 provider and $40 on the other? Because the 15 minute session was fun enough to keep going or repeated for a longer session. So whether a provider gets a 15 minute or 30 minute date depends mostly on her.
Providers that think we're just there for a dead fish with a wet hole will get nothing but quick trips.
I guess here's my opinion, and I definitely mean no offense, but a 15 minute session is SO SHORT that even one minute is a huge overage. It's one of the reasons I would never, ever book a 15 minute session (I mean, I'm just getting started!) There's just no way there's any kind of "pride in one's work" with a quickie; it's a quickie! It's all about sticking it in, pumping it in and out, getting off, and the girl is just a wet hole. It's one step up from masturbation, and certainly not enough time for the girl to show her skills (if they're there).
I actually don't think there's any point in reviewing 15 minute sessions, because there's no way that's enough time for an impression; it's like watching 15 minutes of a movie, and then complaining that the plot seems incomplete. There's just to way to get the gist of a movie (or a girl) in 15 minutes.
I myself bill clients on a time basis (for an entirely different set of services, but still...), and I DO have clients who will try to "fit in" a couple of hours of service in less time, and I always refuse, because I take time *for a reason*. I actually sell time in a minimum block of two hours, since that's how long it takes to do it right. If I DID decide to somehow try to rush things and sell a shorter meeting, I would just undermine my reputation, because the client would be getting exactly what he paid for: a rush job.
So if someone needs "relief", best practice is to realize that it is what it is, and not complain about the lack of courtesan-level service.

Providers don't do refunds
I agree, 15 minutes just isn't enough time. If I'm going to put my money out, I'd rather take my time and enjoy every penny instead of being in a rush to nut.
I agree 100% but that comment seems geared towards somebody regular. So you've paid for the whole hour and she gives you a decent BJ but her pussy stinks? Now what? Or what happens when her pimp starts blowing up her phone and walks in 10 minutes into the session saying you're time is up? I use the quick trip to sort those out and it works. In fact I will post a review I sat on to prove the point.
Last point on this topic and I'll move on. Providers run their business off quick trip sessions. Privately they know most dudes can't last more than 20 minutes and they don't do multi-pops. So a dude is feeling the vibe and decides he 's going to pay for the extended session. In return a lot of providers will try every trick in the book to get you to pop and get you the hell out early.
