An area not too far from the pick up site and also where no one can creep on you.
There's a few rent a rooms (10) in the area but you it's hella dangerous.

For a more security try Tim's (No tell Motel) heading out of the city. The further down you go you can find some more of those Elkridge & Tip Top (Google search these). The prices vary $40 for I think 2 hrs.
