I will say that although she said 30 minutes and was ready in 50, it sounds like she was at least communicating with you and just took a tad bit longer getting ready hence why it was 50 minutes instead of 30. Regarding when you got there, I have had individuals leave knowing I was on my way too and it has annoyed me as well.
