Embarassed to say that I once paid for that site. It wasn't long until I realized it was the "Captain" and a bunch of his asshole friends, who basically ran off anyone who tried to post anything useful there. It could be a fun entertaining place especially in the early days with a pretty colorful cast of characters posting besides the captain. Message boards just aren't what they used to be anymore though and participation dwindled. I liked the board especially the insistence on treating the female members respectably and not being degrading towards them like some boards could be. My end there came slowly as I just lost interest since very little information relevant to me was being shared there anymore. I found myself going weeks without logging in there.
