Meth or crack sores are possibilities

Since its cold, its hard to say without seeing them.[/QUOTE]Also, if the red sores are slightly round, with no white in the center, it may well be meth sores, if the sores look like acne, or pimples, it could well be crack cocaine sores. If they have bedbugs, they are usually localized and are small but very red center and have wide edges around the center. If its psoriasis, it is red, has scales but usually not bumpy, and it is a definite rash, looks much different than the others. It does usually take a dr to tell the differences, as there are a lot of skin diseases.
