I'm not asking you to kowtow to other people. Rather, I am asking you to be more nice, softer, gentler, and more polite with each other. It worked for me.

It applies to life outside of the hobby. Are you more likely to divulge valuable information to someone who you feel treats you well, or to somebody who is aggressive, mean, nasty, condescending, and who berates you?

Try being better to each other. Believe me, you'll reap some rewards.
