I think a lot of providers work more leading up to the holidays and then significantly less after. This is definitely true of strippers and I imagine FS providers as well.
There are also a lot of bugs going around. Everyone in my office has been sick this year, and I have had a lot of relatives come down with something that takes them out for a few days. I had a buddy who's wife was sick with flu like symptoms for almost two weeks. I've lived in this area most of my life and I can't remember a winter where I saw this many people get sick this frequently. I always hate when people say "it's going around" because I've never really believed it. I do this year.
In an odd coincidence, I know of two providers that have gone to see their uncle. Well known providers, one of which I was seeing regularly. I've heard rumors of other providers going the same way but I never saw confirmation. There could be 3 or 4 regulars out of the game due to this. Even if the ads are still up, I stop contacting any provider after I confirm that is what happened. I've seen ads taken down for some, others aren't responding to texts.
I think maybe not all providers are utilizing the new site, for whatever reason. Some regular posters on the old site have not moved over to the new one. I find it hard to believe everyone is leaving the game at the same time.
There's definitely been some drama that has caused providers to leave the game or go UTR. I don't know the details and who all did what, but if you keep up with the message boards and ads you can piece it together. I rarely take sides and don't care to here, but something went down and it rattled the market a bit.
On top of all of this, providers still in the game who are well reviewed have all the work they need. Some take ads down and just see regulars, some just never answer texts.
It's been really slow for about a month, I'm hoping it's cyclical and warmer weather will bring more options our way. I've ventured out and contacted providers that were either too sketchy for me or too expensive to feed the need until things get better. I'd love to never have to use LC again but sadly it's been a resource all winter.

Took a chance last week and saw Steph as she is pretty well reviewed here. Was not expecting much on the looks department so nothing surprised me there, and she did provide a nice prostate / edging session. No complaints in that department as she was very friendly and communicated via text very promptly. If only all providers could have that punctuality! My only issue / concern was the notel she was staying at on the west side. Not horrendous but not glamorous either. I mighta just been more spooked by the couple of maids that were going around cleaning the rooms, but just wasn't a fan of the location. She did mention that she's going to a house soon, so hopefully that works out well. Would consider a repeat in a better location. She also has a cat and I am allergic to cats, and my eyes did feel it even though I wasn't there long. Just a FYI.

Coming home from Florida 3 weeks early boat problems. Did not get my 10 lb bass did get a lot but not the one I wanted. Best new is on my way home I am stopping at Rachel's for a welcome home party. Her birthday is next week close to Valentines day so after being gone so long we are doing another visit on Her birthday she said she would give me a buffet special all I can eat now that will be worth coming home for. For those of you that have seen her or if you have never seen her call her for her Birthday special. Just don't plan on a Monday meeting I will be taking that day for my time.

Good luck out there![/QUOTE]I was reading this and I just had to say that while you are saying that you have seen a decline in advertisers I as well have been seeing a decline in the amount of hobbyists that have been contacting me (And several other women {3-9 of them} have been saying they have been having a bit of a 'dry spell' for lack of a better term. So for what ever reason, we've been having a bad month as well. I have chalked it up to the holidays as well as the first of the month and we're all hoping that tax season changes things, but just my opinion.

Eros' posted prices have always been high. Which is why, if you see an ad there of someone you wish to meet, take some time to see if they advertise someplace else.
Doing your due diligence can save you money.
One of my ATFs is back today! She's living in Columbus and is down for today. We were able to connect this morning and she's even better than before- she put on some weight and looks healthier and better than ever. Her usual hot, enthusiastic service with an open menu. Her post was flagged and I didn't know what she had to say.
