You can't get your name off, even if you pay. What you and everyone one in the world needs to do is download a text app. Anytime I text a provider, I text or call from that app. So when this happened to me, I just changed the number. I chane my number every 15 days. All with different area codes. There's nothing you can do if you get on that list though. I've been on it three times, all with fake numbers. When you pay, they take your name and find your facebook page, and add your face to your number. But get the text app. Inbox me for the name of it. (I'm not sure if I can say the name out loud.).
