Someone feel free to please post ONE example of a time where an undercover female cop delivered any services to a man before arresting him? I won't hold my breath because I am pretty sure you won't find any stories where this has actually happened. When did everyone posting on a sex review site become legal experts as to services potentially provided by cops?

Majority finds the judge at a bench trial could reject the defendant's claims of entrapment and that he was only joking. Dissenting judge notes entrapment as an affirmative defense only had to be proven by a preponderance of the evidence, and would reverse.

Entrapment and Inducement are two different things. Law Enforcement is permitted to induce criminal activity, it's up to the defendant to prove that he was not "predisposed", for entrapment to apply. I'm not saying services aren't rendered because it would be entrapment, as it would not, since entrapment depends on the defendant's predisposition, however services wouldn't be rendered simply because no female officer would do it. LEOs do some extraordinary things for important cases, such as murder and drugs, but they aren't going to go that far to catch a guy wanting to buy a blowjob.

You are 100% correct.

I think one of the main things to remember here is that you have to be careful about discussions on the phone and anywhere you can be heard and / or recorded. The point being that you don't allow anything illegal to happen until you have some kind of LE check, checked out the room, etc. Of course there are no guarantees, but showing up with a digital camera gives you a plausible claim to be there just to take pics of the provider for her use, having a bible with you may give you a plausible claim to be trying to save her from the devil (US.). Then you have to have the willingness to fight the case instead of copping a plea. Not all of us are in a position to do that. Further research and discussion is in order.
