the strip clubs are very high mileage in most clubs, except downtown. i was in the "champagne room" at one club, where they had about a dozen love seats all back / back and front / front, with a coffe table in between. everywhere i looked guys were either getting a hj, bj, daty, or fs. right out in the open, with no privacy beyond the dim lighting. the waitress just walked through it all the continue serving drinks. a lot of them had fs on the menu. montreal can be even better than toronto. one club, very nasty place, i went to outside montreal had little private booths with walls and a locking door, and a love seat. this is pretty common to most clubs, well, except the locking doors. the real kicker though was in the base of the wall was a pvc pipe just sticking through the wall. i had to ask the girl what it was. central vacuum system to dispose of the condoms! hah! crazy place. but nasty and dirty. but fun.
the cops didn't really enforce anything too much. about once a year they would bust some strip club. it would make the news. but the next day it was business as usual. they only did it to make it seem like they were doing something. mostly they ignored it, unless they got word of weapons or **** girls.
escorting is legal in ontario, but public solicitation was not. i never heard of stings like here, since once back in private in a room, you could negotiate prices. escort services basically ran without much interference. but sw would get hassled a bit, but not nearly as much as here.
