What's happened in the past is the info is given out, then passed along to your buddy, who gives it to his cousin who then passes it along. Then the next time I call I get a earful and a hangup because somebody in that chain was a complete a-hole and he used my name as a reference. Both PP and I have lost good deals because of a-holes.

Now some may disagree with our thinking but we've done the work, why should we jepardize a good thing because someone we don't know used us as a reference and screwed us? If you have a answer I'd really like to hear it.

I want to share my experience being pulled over once by leo, It was about 4 years ago, I was living In Alabama (aka Hell) , I decided to go cruising for some Pie, when I saw a WSW, walking up the road, I had stopped at a garage, where there was some people in the back doing there job, I pulled out my road atlas pretending to be lost, I waited at least 5 mintes, until she got close enough, I have the ol nod and she followed suite, she jumped in and was ready to go, I swear I hadn't moved more than 50 feet when I got the blue light special.
