You do a short online consult with a nurse practitioner (a formality mostly) and they give you a prescription. When I renewed it a couple years later they didn't even make me do the online consult, it was pretty much a rubber stamp refill.

Actually had to use routing number and account number for many years, but now visa works. Many other more modern options. Never an issue with accounts. No prescription I just bypassed that question. Takes a while to ship sometimes 2-3 weeks. Quality pretty reliable.

Both contain PDE-5 inhibitors, so neither is chemically more effective than the other.

I have been using the "Royal Honey" that you can get at non-chain gas stations and convenience stores in less affluent areas.
