The government has so much memory available to them that they can keep everything. And don't leave a trail that can lead back to you. When I text or talk I don't ever even infer the exchange of money for sex. If you talk or text about money to get together and then with the same person allude to that being for sex things can go south. Also remember that even if there is not enough evidence to get a conviction, but there is enough to charge you, then you have to pay a lawyer and might just have to take a plea. That is of course if they want to come after you. So I'm very careful on the communication when not in person.
