I think it would help if the hobbyists agreed on menu pricing and then stuck to it each and every time, without the little head taking over. I also think we should never pay upfront, regardless of the provider. I know some will say let the market decide the price and that providers are free to charge whatever they would like for their time and companionship, since it is their time and companionship and they are free to make their rules. While those are all true statements, without hobbyists there is zero income and just because there are house rules, doesn't mean we have to agree to them and pay for them. I like to play by my rules, since it is my play money. Just my two cents worth.
