I honestly got to get this weight off but you got to give me a A effrort try not to get to gung hoe might have a set back but try to tell my self might not ever be in the shape I was but hopefully it doesn't mean that I have to be fat. I've watched the biggest loser a couple times and if this guy Ron who weighed 400 and something pounds and has a bad knee and arm can lose 140lbs then hopefully I can too I have lost some but took a yr to put on not gonna happen over night. My back is feeling better and I'm getting around alot better exercise has helped alot as always thank for all your past support guys.

I tend to agree with you on this. I also think more people will start posting on Backpage as a response and I also think some will probably stay on CL but maybe post under the "personals" section and be more discreet with regard to their pictures and the service description that they provide. I'm thinking they won't have to pay as much if they post under the personals section but I'm not positive.

Watch carefully for code words which suggest someone's looking for pay for play. Something like "seeking generous friends", for example.

IIRC, it's free to post in the personals sections (Missed Connections, Casual Encounters, Women Seeking Men, Men Seeking Women, Women Seeking Women, and Men Seeking Men).

That's a no no. If you get back an e-mail asking you to go to another site or asking you to send I'm message, stay away from it. Notthing good will come out of it. I have yet to get any reply with a number I can call back in the casual encounters section.

Think about it, how many of these girls would have time waiting on line for checking e-mails and I'm?

Neither wound up being ladies I saw more than once each (one of them did call me back several times, but she just drifted away; I've still got her number in my cell phone address book in case she ever calls or texts again, but I'm not expecting it), but both were fun one night stands.

It helps that with experience it is possible to sift out the likely real ads from the scams--it takes more work than just cruising the strolls and picking up an SW, though. My problem now is that the likely real ads are looking for guys significantly younger than me. Oh well.

That's my story.[/QUOTE]Ok, I have no problems picking up the scams. I've run into several interesting ladies in the section. I've hooked up with a couple of them and talked to several others. Most of the ones I've found are part-time escorts / dancers/swers and want a small donation.

The highest success rate in those sections is with couples, particularly if you can bring something to the table in trade.
