If they are unhappy, they are free to go independent. Look at the last 2 or 3 who have gone independent and tell me how good the reviews are (if there are any) since they left EE. Most of these providers can't handle managing themselves, or don't want to.

Most recent example is Kandee. She disappeared like a fart in the wind. Carmen, the "sisters", etc. All gone or very UTR. I can't speak for what they really want, but if they want to keep working EE keeps them working.

Saw her recently at her NKY incall near the airport. She had been hard to schedule with over the last few months but I finally got through.
