Capturing that "Screen Shot" puts the image in your Windows Clipboard, from which you can PASTE it into the Microsoft Paint application. Once you paste it into Paint, you then click SAVE AS and save the image as a JPG file or a PNG file on your computer. This is all really easy and not too much trouble.

When doing the SAVE AS, the Paint application should ask you for a file location (or folder) where you want to save the file and will also allow you to name the file whatever you want. Once you have saved it as a file to your computer, you can upload it anywhere (just make sure you know which folder you saved the file into so you can navigate to that folder to select the file for upload). Most systems will default the saving folder to DOCUMENTS, but you can select any you want. If your PC is somewhat secure from OTHER people in your home using it, you can even save the file to your DESKTOP, so you can find it really easily.
